Massage tips for relieving headaches, back pain and stress

According to an article by Susan Seliger in WebMD Feature,  39 million Americans — one in six adults — had at least one massage in 2006, according to a nationwide survey by the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).

People are turning to massage for more than just relaxation. Massage can be used to help ease a variety of conditions including arthritis, lower back pain, insomnia, headaches, anxiety, circulatory problems, and recovery from a sports injury or surgery.
